Privacy Policy

Effective: April 26, 2026. Last updated: June 9, 2026.

This Privacy Policy describes how LinzEO (“LinzEO,” “I,” “me,” “my”) collects, uses, and protects information about visitors and clients of linzeo.ai. LinzEO is operated by Lindsey Osborne and based in Dallas-Fort Worth, Texas, USA. If you have questions, email linz@linzeo.ai.

1. What information I collect

Information you provide. When you book an audit, contact me, or sign up for an engagement, I collect your name, email, business name, website URL, phone (if provided), and whatever you write in message fields.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, this site uses cookies and analytics. I run a first-party analytics tool alongside Google Analytics 4 to understand visits: pages viewed, time on page, how you found the site (search engine, AI assistant, social link, or referral), campaign tags, device and browser type, screen size, language, timezone, IP address, and approximate location (city and region). I use Google Search Console to monitor search performance and Ahrefs Analytics for aggregate traffic measurement.

Visitor identification. I want to know which businesses are researching my services, so I use visitor identification tools. This includes looking up which company or network owns a visitor’s IP address, and a third-party identification service (RB2B) that may match your visit against its own identity database to provide business contact details such as name, business email, job title, company, and LinkedIn profile. This matching applies to US visitors and doesn’t always produce a match. I use this information only to follow up about my own services. I never sell it or share it for anyone else’s marketing. If you’d rather not be identified this way, email me at linz@linzeo.ai and I’ll delete any identification data I hold about you. You can also opt out directly with RB2B via the privacy controls on their site.

Cookies. The site sets functional cookies for site operation and analytics cookies for measurement, including a first-party analytics cookie that remembers your browser across visits for up to two years. You can disable cookies in your browser settings.

2. How I use information

  • To respond to your inquiry or audit request
  • To deliver services you have engaged me for
  • To send transactional and engagement-related communications
  • To improve the site and content based on aggregate analytics
  • To follow up with businesses that show interest in my services
  • To comply with legal obligations

I do not sell your personal information. I do not share it with third parties for their independent marketing purposes.

3. Service providers I use

I use a small number of trusted third-party services to operate LinzEO:

  • SiteGround (hosting)
  • Google Analytics 4 and Google Search Console (analytics)
  • Ahrefs Analytics (aggregate traffic measurement)
  • Microsoft Clarity (anonymized session replay and heatmaps, to understand how visitors use the site)
  • RB2B (business visitor identification, US visitors only)
  • WPForms (contact and audit-request forms)
  • Notion and Google Calendar (scheduling and project management)
  • Email service providers for transactional and client communications

Each of these providers has its own privacy policy and security practices. I select providers that meet baseline data protection standards.

4. Your rights

Depending on where you live (GDPR for EU/UK, CCPA for California, similar laws elsewhere), you may have rights to:

  • Access the personal information I hold about you
  • Request correction or deletion of your information
  • Object to or restrict certain processing
  • Request portability of your information
  • Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent

To exercise any of these rights, email linz@linzeo.ai. I will respond within 30 days.

5. Data retention

I retain inquiry and audit-request data for up to 24 months unless you become a client (in which case retention follows engagement terms) or you ask me to delete it sooner. Analytics data is retained per GA4 default settings.

6. Security

The site uses HTTPS. Forms are protected against spam. Hosting infrastructure includes server-side security via SiteGround. No system is perfectly secure, but I take reasonable measures to protect your information.

7. Children’s privacy

This site is not directed to children under 13, and I do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

8. Changes to this policy

I may update this policy. The “Last updated” date at the top of the page reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be communicated to active clients by email.
