The real problem
Offering SEO without an SEO team is a liability.
You know you should sell SEO. Your clients ask for it. But hiring in-house, training juniors, and owning results you can't control? Here's what I hear from every agency partner before they find me.
Hired a junior, got junior results
Your in-house hire runs audits from a checklist and can't explain to a client why rankings dropped. The client blames you, not them.
White-label vendors who ghost
You've tried the offshore teams. Reporting comes in late or wrong, communication lags, and you spend more time managing them than doing the work yourself.
Margins that don't math
A U.S.-based senior SEO costs $90k+ fully loaded. That's your entire margin on three retainer clients before they've produced a single deliverable.
AI visibility is a blank spot
Your clients are asking about ChatGPT, Perplexity and Google AI Overviews. You don't have the tooling or the framework to report on it. Neither does your current vendor.
Reporting you can't put your name on
Generic dashboards, no narrative, no context. Your account manager rewrites the whole thing before the client call. Defeats the point.
Churn you can't explain
Clients leave after six months because “SEO isn't working.” The real issue: nobody showed them what was working, what wasn't, and why it takes longer than a quarter.
How it works
Your brand. My execution. Their results.
I plug into your agency like a senior hire who never needs onboarding. You sell the engagement, manage the relationship, and present the work. I do the work.
Scoping & strategy, yours to present
I build the audit, the keyword strategy and the 90-day roadmap. You get a branded PDF or slide deck to present as your own. I'll even prep talking points for your pitch.
Technical SEO execution
Site speed, crawl errors, schema, internal linking, Core Web Vitals. I fix it directly in the client's CMS or hand you the implementation spec. Your choice.
Content strategy & production
Keyword-mapped content calendars, briefs and finished blog posts, published on cadence. Written by a human (me), optimized for search and AI citation.
AI visibility monitoring
Monthly tracking across ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews and Gemini. Your clients get a report showing where their brand appears, or doesn't, in AI answers.
White-label reporting
Branded monthly reports with your logo, your colors, your voice. Narrative-driven, not dashboard dumps. Ready for your account manager to walk through on a client call.
Slack channel, async updates
I join your internal Slack, Teams or email thread. Updates arrive on your cadence. No portal logins, no ticket systems, no waiting for “office hours.”

What a white-label partnership looks like.
We added SEO to our service menu without adding headcount. Lindsey runs it, we present it, and our retention rate went from 8 months to 14.

I do the work. You bill it. No headcount to carry.

Senior
No juniors on your account. Ever. The person who scopes it does it.
What your client gets
The deliverable, under your brand.
Everything your client receives carries your logo, your colors and your voice. It reads like your best in-house work, because to them, that's exactly what it is.

Agency owners ask
Questions I get from agency owners.
Will my clients ever know you exist?+
No. I never appear on calls, emails or reports. Everything is delivered under your brand. If your client Googles me, they’ll find LinzEO, an SEO consultancy, not a white-label shop. I don’t advertise the partnership model publicly.
How many clients can you take on per agency?+
I cap at four to six active SEO clients per agency partner, depending on scope. I’d rather do excellent work for fewer than spread thin across a dozen. If you need more capacity than that, I’ll tell you honestly and help you find the right structure.
What does pricing look like?+
I charge you a flat monthly per client, not per hour. You set your own markup. Most partners add 40 to 60 percent on top and still come in under what a full-time hire would cost. Exact pricing depends on scope: local vs. national, content volume and AI visibility tracking all factor in.
What if a client wants to talk to the SEO person directly?+
That’s your call. Some partners introduce me as a team member on their side. Others keep me fully behind the curtain. I’m comfortable either way, but the default is invisible. Your relationship, your rules.
Do you work with agencies that already have some SEO capability?+
Yes. Common setup: you handle the client relationship, content briefs and light on-page work. I handle technical audits, AI visibility, advanced strategy and the monthly reporting. Think of it as a senior specialist layer on top of your generalist team.
What's the minimum commitment?+
Three months. SEO doesn’t prove itself in 30 days, and neither does a partnership. After the initial period, it’s month-to-month. No annual lock-ins, no cancellation penalties. If it’s not working, I’ll tell you before you tell me.
Starting points
White-label pricing, out in the open.
Every number below is a starting point. Scope sets the final quote: local or national, how much content, how many flows, how deep the audit goes. Tell me the client and I'll price it exactly.
White-label SEO retainer
From $5,000/mo
Senior execution under your brand, billed flat per client. You add your markup and keep the relationship.
Full-site audit
From $2,500
Website/UX, SEO, CRO, and AI visibility in one branded report your team presents as its own.
Email audit
From $650
A deliverability and setup check, a full lifecycle review, or both rolled into one report.
Email flow rebuild
From $4,000
Done-for-you: new copy, revised timing, and rebuilt automations, not just a list of what to fix.
Prices are what I charge you. Most partners add 40 to 60 percent on top.
